THANK YOU bold moving and storage I could not be more thankful for this company!!! I booked movers from another company a month in advance and turned out to be a scam who never showed up day of. I called Bold movers in a panic asking if they could do a same day move for me and they got on it immediately to help me figure out a solution. Every person I interacted with was extremely helpful, pleasant, patient, and professional - even through my extreme panic and anxiety. They had other moves during the day but still got to me and completed the move even though it was midnight and they came from a move that was 5 hours away. Sadly, due to unfortunate circumstances I was not able to utilize Bold Moving and Storage for a move this year. However, I would love to compliment the extraordinary customer service that I received from Rafael B. His respectful persistence in following up on my online request for a quote was a welcomed approach. Oftentimes we are so busy that a gentle reminder is indeed always helpful! When we finally did communicate, not only was he great with assisting me assessing what would/wouldn't make it on the truck but he was great with pricing breakdowns/delivery/storage options. It was truly appreciated and I do look forward to using Bold Moving and Storage when I relocate in the future. Thank you so very much again to Rafael B and whomever owns this company.
